Reseller terms
1. Who can become a reseller
A reseller can be a business or an individual who registers an account and switches on reseller mode. Registration is open to everyone. Switching the mode on does not by itself add any credits or licences.
2. Credits
Resellers buy credits in advance, in packs:

The minimum purchase is 10 credits. One credit means one lifetime activation on one device. An annual licence cannot be activated with a credit; the customer buys that one directly.
Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred to another account and are not exchanged back for money. Purchases and deductions are recorded in the reseller account; every deduction is traceable and a repeated request for the same activation never deducts a second credit.
3. Activating for a customer
A reseller may activate a lifetime licence for a customer and send them a source through QR pairing. The customer still gets the seven-day trial, no matter who sent the source. A reseller never sees the source address or the credentials of a device they manage, not even for a source they sent themselves.
4. The customer's rights towards the reseller
Customers must always be able to buy a licence directly from us. A reseller may not force them to pay through the reseller, nor claim that no other way exists.
When customers change the source themselves, the reseller loses the right to manage or delete that source. The device stays in the reseller's list marked as changed by the customer; the reseller may remove it from the list, which ends their access to that device.
5. Reseller pricing
Resellers set their own price for their services. They may not present themselves as the operator of the application, claim authorship of it, or promise features the application does not have.
6. Content
The reseller programme covers software licences only. Selling, brokering or promoting unlawful content is not part of it and is grounds for immediate termination without compensation for unused credits.
7. Termination
We may suspend or close a reseller account for breaching these terms, in particular for pressuring customers, abusing activations or acting as described in clause 6. Licences already properly activated by customers are not affected.
8. Relationship of the parties
A reseller is an independent business. These terms create no employment, commercial agency or joint venture, and a reseller is not authorised to act on our behalf.
