What to send us
So we can help in the first reply, tell us the television brand and model, the application version from the settings screen, the source type (playlist or Xtream) and what exactly happened. Never send us passwords or the credentials to your playlist – we do not need them and cannot display them.
Supervisory authority and disputes
Compliance with consumer obligations is supervised by the Slovak Trade Inspection. Consumers may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body or use the European online dispute resolution platform.
